The latest addition to the Taichung's Indian culinary world is Mayur Indian kitchen in Taichung. It is a hot spot for those who loves curry, breads, Tandoori, Vegetarian, Vegan Indian cuisine. It is opened on the first and second floor of Hotel Kuei in Taichung.

This is Mayur's tenth branch of the Indian restaurant chain rest nine branches are in Taipei, New taipei and Hsinchu respectively.

It also has Indian store where anyone could get fresh spices, atta(wheat flour), pulses, Indian basmati rice, Amul ghee etc.

The lavish Indian restaurant offers free live performances every Friday to Sunday (weekend and holidays) on its second floor and Shisha/hookah (after 8pm) to those who wants to enjoy the Indian delicacy along with smoking some nice flavored Shisha. A nice lavish bar is a plus to the Taichung's night life as it opens till midnight on the weekends.
