印中式料理為中國菜的調料、烹飪技術製作印度口味的料理。 此類料理據說在加爾各答城市的中國社區裡已經存在有超過一世紀。 而現今，中式食物也已經成為印度料理組成的一部分。我們很高興能將印中式料理帶到台灣來。 Indian-Chinese cuisine is the adaption of Chinese seasoning and cooking techniques to Indian tastes. The Indian Chinese cuisine is said to have been developed by the Chinese community that has lived in Kolkata (Capital of West Bengal, India) for over a century. Today, this Chinese food has become an integral part of the Indian culinary scene. We are glad to introduce ‘INDO-CHINESE’ cuisine in Taiwan.
