The Indian Chinese cuisine is said to have been developed by the Chinese community that has lived in Kolkata (Capital of West Bengal, India) for over a century. Today, this Chinese food has become an integral part of the Indian culinary scene. We are glad to introduce ‘INDO-CHINESE’ cuisine in Taiwan.
